Place the pans in the oven and bake for 40\u201350 min\u00adutes, or until they\u2019re gold\u00aden around the edges. In mak\u00ading pies of juicy fruit, it is a good way to set a small tea-cup on the bot\u00adtom crust, and lay the fruit all round it.
