Stir the but\u00adter and sug\u00adar to a cream, and add the liquor and rose-water grad\u00adu\u00adal\u00adly to them.<br>2. Beat the whites only, of six eggs, till they stand alone on the rods; and then stir the beat\u00aden white of egg, grad\u00adu\u00adal\u00adly, into the but\u00adter and sug\u00adar. After\u00adwards, sprin\u00adkle in, by degrees, the grat\u00aded cocoa-nut, stir\u00adring hard all the time. Then stir all very well at the last.<br>3. Break up a cocoa-nut, and take the thin brown skin care\u00adful\u00adly off, with a knife. Wash all the pieces in cold water, and then wipe them dry, with a clean tow\u00adel. Weigh a quar\u00adter of a pound of cocoa-nut, and grate it very fine, into a soup-plate.<br>4. Grate the yel\u00adlow rind of the orange and lime, and squeeze the juice into a saucer or soup-plate, tak\u00ading out all the seeds.<br>5. Beat the whites of six eggs till they stand alone. Stir the almonds and white of eggs, alter\u00adnate\u00adly, into the but\u00adter and sug\u00adar; and then stir the whole well togeth\u00ader.<br>6. Have ready a puff-paste suf\u00adfi\u00adcient for a soup-plate. But\u00adter the plate, lay on the paste, trim and notch it. Then put in the mix\u00adture.<br>7. Bake it about half an hour in a mod\u00ader\u00adate&nbsp;oven.<br><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p><div class=\"jetpack-recipe-notes\">\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Tip:&nbsp;Place the pans in the oven and bake for 40\u201350 min\u00adutes, or until they\u2019re gold\u00aden around the edges.
