landscape\u2019s most beautiful and expressive feature. It is earth\u2019s eye; looking into which the beholder measures the depth of his own nature. <cite>Henry David Thoreau<\/cite><\/p><cite>Henry David Thoreau<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"twocolumn\">Most weekends regardless of the season I usually am having a drive down the coast to grab a few shots, as there is much to explore and this place rarely takes a bad photo. The idea behind this <a href=\"#\">guide<\/a> was to do what I love \u2014 grab my camera, some friends and to go explore. I rented a VW kombi for the weekend and the only thing on my itinerary was to enjoy the time, keep shooting and try to show off the laid back Australian summer lifestyle. A bit further was a&nbsp;little side track to the wetland area, which is definitely worth checking out! Wetland made me think of an area near a rivers or lake, however, this one was in the middle of a valley with no water in sight! <a class=\"\" href=\"#\">Shrub<\/a> brush and moss is all that grows here, due to a iron pan below the soil. But the beech trees are slowly taking over&nbsp;and will eventually convert the area to a dry land. From here the walk continued pretty flat, before it climbed as it entered the Clinton Valley.<\/p>\n<span class=\"tags-links\"><a href=\"https:\/\/demos.pixelgrade.com\/jason\/tag\/adventure\/\" rel=\"tag\">adventure<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/demos.pixelgrade.com\/jason\/tag\/dogs\/\" rel=\"tag\">dogs<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/demos.pixelgrade.com\/jason\/tag\/mountains\/\" rel=\"tag\">mountains<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/demos.pixelgrade.com\/jason\/tag\/surf\/\" rel=\"tag\">surf<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/demos.pixelgrade.com\/jason\/tag\/water\/\" rel=\"tag\">water<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/demos.pixelgrade.com\/jason\/tag\/world\/\" rel=\"tag\">world<\/a><\/span>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>These days, motorboats outnumber sailboats and the lake is battling the invasive zebra and quagga mussels and always wish you could visit one day.
